John Dwyer
A native Cincinnatian, John left an executive position at a large, well-known commercial real estate developer to open and operate his own company, Dwyer Commercial Real Estate, LLC., capitalizing on 23 years spent taking care of clients and their facilities needs, goals and investments in 1996. His goal: to bring that expertise, market knowledge and savvy to customers throughout the Tri-State region of Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and Southeastern Indiana.
John Dwyer’s resume packs not only more than 30 years in the business, but a renowned reputation for integrity and honesty. Though he’s closed more than $50,000,000 worth of commercial transactions in his career, what John Dwyer values most is the relationships he’s forged and the people and companies he continues to call business partners today.
Kevin Dwyer
Also a native Cincinnatian and son of John F. Dwyer, Kevin began practicing as a licensed realtor in July of 2004 and is now working towards his brokers' license. Kevin began his Real Estate Career working in insurance for a major corporation along the East Coast which sparked an interest in the world of real estate that his father had always shared. Kevin thus returned to Cincinnati to continue the family tradition of providing excellent real estate representation to each of his clients. Kevin followed in his fathers' footsteps, earning a Cum Laude degree in Real Estate Technology in 2009 from Cincinnati State after his foundation training at Hondoros College.

Bob Pohl graduated from the
Science degree in Business Administration. He also graduated from Xavier University with a Masters in Business Administration, and later was one of the few graduates to receive the “Xavier University M.B.A. Executive Achievement Award”. In addition he has taken numerous real estate courses from accredited colleges.
